Inspired by produce from fellow stall holders at the Riverside Real Food Market in Cardiff the original recipe used pork from the award winning Caermynydd Piggery and cheese from Cothi Valley Goats, unfortunately as we don’t get to this one anymore we now use an excellent goats cheese, maybe not so Welsh now but it’s heart is still down on the riverside…
