tickledPink Scotch Egg

Not exactly a scotch egg, we know, but one of two with the most Scottish provenance as the smoked salmon is raised in scotland (the Chieftain has haggis from Edinbrgh). At the start we were intrigued when people passing our stall would say ‘I don’t like eggs’ and sprint off, how could we tempt them to stop for a chat, after all they probably knew someone who did in fact like eggs… At the 2003 Ludlow Food Festival we made friends with Micheal & Debbie from the Organic Smokehouse and the seeds were sown so to speak… a few experiments later and the Tickled Pink arrived to much applause (or was that ammusement?)
