The original Millie was made with Gloucester Old Spot pork from our Farmers market friends Iain and Milly of Happy Meats however the Old spot pork gave us some technical difficulties and we swithced to Andrew and Cheryls Saddlebacks which stayed together more reliably in the fryer! The Millie is made with soya, crumb, buck wheat rice and chickpea flours and rolled in millet to give it that distinctive finish
