Having created addicts from the Wensleydale cheese gang at the BBC good food show we ended up with a great big box of cheese and a couple of days later the kitchen alchemist (Penny) rolled out the ‘Rudolph’ rather cunningly renamed by Jane ‘Valentino’ for the rest of the year.
