Honbrieper was the winning entry of a competition held by one of our longstanding stockists ‘Fielders Farms Shop’ in Berkshire. Customers allowed their creative juices to flow and sent in a range off interesting recipe ideas. The combination of Honey, Brie and Pear was the winning combination for us and so we have the appropriately named ‘Hon-brie-per’.
